Qualifications

• 1–3 years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; phlebotomy certification preferred in some states.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Perform venipuncture and specimen processing following established procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and label accuracy post-venipuncture.
• Maintain records and documentation.
• Contribute to a positive image of the company with patients and staff.
