Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist II - Float in Gainesville, FL for a 5-month contract. The role requires phlebotomy expertise, high school diploma, and flexibility to travel between sites with on-time performance.

The position is onsite with potential Saturday rotations and mileage reimbursement eligibility. Experience includes pediatric and geriatric phlebotomy, strong customer service, and safe handling of specimens per clinical procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, and WA.
• 1–3 years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and geriatric areas.

Responsibilities

• Draw blood and prepare samples for lab testing.
• Verify patient demographics and proper labeling post-venipuncture.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Provide a safe, professional environment and positive patient interactions.
• Cover multiple sites as a floater with on-time attendance.
