Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA.

Responsabilités

• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and maintain a comfortable, trusting environment.
• Perform verification of patient demographic info post-venipuncture.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Work under area supervisor to perform daily tasks accurately and on time.
• Travel between doctor offices, patient service centers or sites as needed.
