Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Phlebotomist II for a 2-month assignment in Lake Worth, TX. You will draw blood, prepare specimens, and ensure accurate labeling and documentation in a fast-paced clinical setting.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, strong patient service skills, and the ability to work independently across multiple locations. Training may be provided; local travel could be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred. Required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
• 1-3 years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.

Responsibilities

• Draw blood and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Verify patient demographics and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
• Maintain a safe, professional environment and provide excellent patient service.
• Travel to multiple locations and cover at Patient Service Centers/In-Office locations as needed.
