Responsibilities

• Collect patient specimens for diagnostic testing using venipuncture, capillary puncture, and other approved methods.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
• Communicate procedures and instructions with patients and family members with empathy.
• Navigate multiple computer systems and participate in process improvements.
