Quest Diagnostics Employer Solutions seeks a Phlebotomist II for Allendale, MI. Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotational Saturdays.

Primary duties include specimen collection for drug screens, biometric screens, and insurance exams, with data entry and billing support as needed. The role requires at least three years of phlebotomy experience, willingness to work weekends on a rotation basis, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience (including pediatric/geriatric collections).
• Keyboard/data entry experience required.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends/holidays/on-call/overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screenings, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions per training.
• Verify orders using lab systems and client information; enter data accurately.
• Handle billing information and collect payments when required.
• Process specimens (labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, transport).
• Perform non-patient-facing duties (inventory, sanitation, filing, phones, email).
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and compliance with policies.
