Quest Diagnostics in Hanover Park, IL is hiring a Phlebotomist II for a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The role collects specimens, administers oral solutions, and verifies orders using lab systems.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience preferred, including pediatric/geriatric collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience required.
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays/on-call/overtime.

Responsabilités

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screenings, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions per training.
• Verify orders and enter data using lab systems and client contact.
• Navigate computer systems and enter billing information accurately.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, transport prep.
• Perform non-patient facing duties: inventory, cleaning, filing, phone and email duties.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and comply with policies and procedures.
• Complete online and in-person training courses timely.
