Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Travel up to 75% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections by venipuncture and capillary draws.
• Ensure patient identification and proper labeling.
• Enter data accurately for registration, test orders, and billing.
• Provide professional, courteous service to patients and clients.
