The position requires a CA phlebotomy license and offers a structured schedule, with potential for a performance bonus based on results. Expect a Monday–Friday routine from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Travel within an assigned territory to deliver phlebotomy services at PSCs, Client Offices, or other sites.
• Ensure accurate specimen collection, patient identification, and adherence to testing protocols.
• Communicate effectively to provide a professional and efficient experience for patients, staff, and clients.
• Work independently with a low error rate and handle complex collections and patient situations.
• Maintain compliance with policies and ensure proper documentation and data entry.
