Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Clovis, CA is seeking a Phlebotomist II to join our territory team. This role requires a state phlebotomy license and involves travel to PSCs, client offices, or other sites from Monday to Friday, with possible weekend rotation and a 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.

Expect accurate specimen collection and professional patient interactions. Responsibilities include venipuncture and capillary collections, data entry, and maintaining compliance with testing protocols.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Travel up to 75% as needed.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections including venipuncture and capillary draws with accuracy.
• Obtain patient identification and document orders; enter data as needed.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing per test order.
• Provide professional patient and client service with clear communication.
