Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II for the San Francisco, CA area. The role involves phlebotomy across a defined territory with travel to PSCs and client offices, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, plus a rotational Saturday in Daly City.

State phlebotomy licensure is required, with CA license not accepting NHA. You will ensure accurate specimen collection, patient identification, and adherence to testing protocols, while delivering courteous patient service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years phlebotomy experience required.
• CA/NV/WA/LA phlebotomy certification required.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• English required.
• Willing to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections following established procedures.
• Identify patients, verify orders, and enter data accurately.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing per test order.
• Provide professional, respectful service to patients and clients.
