Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II to cover the Hanford, CA territory. The role runs Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with rotational weekends and requires a state phlebotomy license (NHA licenses not accepted in CA, WA, NV).

Responsibilities include performing venipuncture and capillary draws, ensuring patient identification and proper labeling, and traveling to PSCs and client offices to collect specimens while maintaining accuracy and a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection with accuracy.
• Obtain patient identification and verify labeling; enter data.
• Travel within assigned territory to PSCs and client offices; maintain service quality.
• Follow safety, confidentiality, and compliance protocols; maintain equipment and supplies.
