Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist II for our Providence location in Newberg, Oregon. The role involves collecting blood specimens from patients of all ages, processing samples, and entering registration information accurately.

A minimum of one year of diagnostic phlebotomy experience is required, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Onsite position at Providence in Newberg, OR, with a schedule of 07:00–03:30, Monday through Friday and

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
At least one year of diagnostic phlebotomy experience.
Experience performing blood draws on patients of all ages, including newborns.
Ability to perform patient registration and specimen processing.
Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping skills.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to pass the required background check and color vision screening.

Responsabilités

Perform blood draws and collect specimens from newborns, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
Register patients and enter accurate demographic information into the system.
Process specimens according to established procedures.
Maintain accurate patient manifests and specimen records.
Ensure proper specimen handling, labeling, and documentation.
Follow company policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
Manage daily responsibilities independently while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
