Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist II to join a fast-paced healthcare setting. You will collect blood specimens, support diagnostic testing, and ensure accurate labeling and patient care. The role emphasizes quality service and attention to detail across multiple collection sites.

The position offers a pay rate of $21.50–$23.05 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend coverage. It is contingent with a pathway to hire and supports travel between locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Two years of Patient Service Center experience preferred.
• Strong customer service experience, preferably in retail or service.
• Keyboarding and data entry experience required.

Responsibilities

Pay Rate: $21.50 - $23.05 per hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm; rotating Saturday shift 8:00am-12:00pm

What We’re Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
• 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Two years of Patient Service Center experience preferred
• Strong customer service experience, preferably in a retail or service environment
• Keyboarding and data entry experience required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license if applicable
• Flexibility to travel between locations and work overtime, weekends, holidays, and on-call assignments as needed
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
• Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
