Manpower, Inc. in Yukon, OK is seeking a Phlebotomist I to join a fast-paced healthcare team. You will collect blood specimens, prepare them for testing, and ensure accurate patient records while delivering compassionate service in a clinical setting.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and phlebotomy experience (6 months minimum; 1 year preferred). Shift is 7am-4:30pm with a 30-minute lunch, on-site, contingent with potential pathway for hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months phlebotomy experience.
• One year phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Experience with pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Strong customer service skills, ideally in a retail or service environment.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
• Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience required
• One year of phlebotomy experience preferred
• Experience with pediatric and geriatric collections
• Strong customer service skills, ideally in a retail or service environment
• Keyboarding and data entry experience required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call assignments, and overtime as needed
• Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
• Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
