Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist II in Lakewood, CO to support diagnostic testing and patient care. You will collect blood specimens, prepare samples, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

Position is contingent with potential pathway for hire and offers a Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm schedule with pay rates between $24.50 and $26.25 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Strong venipuncture and specimen processing skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work at multiple locations as needed.
• Keyboard and data entry experience.
• Medical assistant, paramedic training, or phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Ability to meet compliance requirements.
• Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Collect high-quality blood specimens through venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric blood draws.
• Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures.
• Verify patient identification, demographics, and specimen labeling accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records and required documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service while creating a welcoming and professional patient experience.
• Travel to various patient service centers and physician office locations as needed.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and confidentiality standards at all times.
