The ideal candidate will have phlebotomy exposure or experience, at least 1–2 years in customer-facing roles, and a high school diploma. You will work in a fast-paced environment emphasizing patient comfort and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy experience required, even as intern/extern.
• 1-2 years of client-facing customer service required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in the lobby and assist with check-in via kiosk or handheld tablet.
• Support lobby and draw room staff to cover breaks and staffing shortages.
• Perform phlebotomy duties following established practices and procedures.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment and ensure accurate records.
