Talentify is recruiting an ENTRY Phlebotomist I for our Roanoke, VA location. The role emphasizes patient greeting, lobby support, and phlebotomy tasks to support clinical procedures.

You will interact with patients, explain steps, and maintain confidentiality and accuracy of records while contributing to a safe, professional environment. Training and growth opportunities are available within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy experience required, even if internship/externship.
• Minimum 1–2 years of client-facing customer service experience.
• Keyboard/data entry experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients on arrival and assist with check-ins via kiosk or handheld tablet.
• Maintain lobby area cleanliness and assist with breaks when other phlebotomists are unavailable.
• Utilize phlebotomy skills to support clinical and forensic procedures.
• Explain procedures to patients to create trust and set expectations.
