• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection on patients of all ages.
• Label and process specimens according to laboratory protocol.
• Maintain cleanliness of phlebotomy carts and work areas.
• Data entry and processing of specimens per test order.
• Read and follow departmental policies and safety guidelines.
