Talentify is seeking an Entry Phlebotomist I for the Port Saint Lucie, FL location to greet patients, manage lobby flow, and support the phlebotomy team.

This role emphasizes patient care, confidentiality, and accurate documentation, including assisting with breaks and keeping the waiting area orderly while developing phlebotomy skills.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and prior phlebotomy and customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Phlebotomy experience required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of client-facing customer service experience required.
• Some phlebotomy experience required, even internships accepted.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients on arrival and answer questions with care and compassion.
• Help maintain the lobby area and assist with breaks when other phlebotomists are unavailable.
• Use phlebotomy skills and grow within the company.
• Explain to patients what to expect regarding scheduled procedures in a safe, accurate manner.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of patient information while delivering excellent customer care.
