Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills required.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal protocol.

Responsibilities

• Ensures total operation is compliant with state and federal regulations to maintain production standards.
• Maintains high level of customer service and positive donor experience.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area for a professional environment.
• Reviews and confirms donor identification and confidentiality.
• Sets up and prepares equipment for venipuncture and plasmapheresis.
• Executes venipunctures and plasma collection with high quality and safety.
