Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is hiring a Phlebotomist I in Royal Oak, MI. The role supports specimen collection, data entry, and patient interactions on a Monday–Friday schedule with one Saturday every three weeks. Training and standard procedures ensure quality and accuracy.

The candidate will work with lab teams to ensure timely processing of specimens and compliance with safety and privacy standards. Strong communication in English is required.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy skills and accuracy are required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Data entry and basic computer skills needed for patient records.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens per procedures and document results.
• Enter orders and patient data into lab systems.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and complete required training.
