Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Marlborough, CT is hiring a Phlebotomist I for a Monday–Friday schedule 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM with rotational weekends. The role offers hourly pay between $21.60 and $23.15 and opportunities for annual bonus based on performance.

You will collect specimens, operate lab systems, and handle data entry while maintaining compliance with policies. Prior phlebotomy experience or relevant medical training is preferred, with English communication required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (CA, NV and WA only).
• One year phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.

Aufgaben

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Administer oral solutions according to training.
• Verify test orders using lab technology systems and client contact.
• Navigate a computer and enter data accurately.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required.
• Process specimens for labeling, centrifuging, freezing and transport.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and comply with policies.
• Complete training courses timely.
