Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomy Technician to join our Fremont, CA team. This full-time role schedules Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm with rotating weekends as needed, at our 556 Mowry Avenue location.

Responsibilities include venipuncture collection across age groups, processing samples for testing, accurate data entry, and providing exceptional patient service. Requires CA CPT license or pending, and a HS diploma; LabCorp experience is a plus.

Formación

• High school graduate or GED required.
• California Phlebotomy license (CPT) required or in process at time of hire.
• Preferred: 1 year or more phlebotomist experience; prior LabCorp experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Data entry of patient information accurately and promptly.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Travel to additional sites as needed.
