Job summary

LabCorp is seeking a phlebotomist to join our team at 1440 Southgate Avenue, Daly City, CA 94015. Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-12:00pm, with additional hours and rotating weekends possible.

You will perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups, collect specimens for drug screens and other tests, enter data accurately, and provide exceptional patient service. Travel to additional sites may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid California State issued Phlebotomy License.
• In lieu of state license requirement listed above, an application for a phlebotomy license filed with the CA Department of Health at time of hire may meet license requirement.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
