Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist - Floater in Atlanta, GA. This onsite contract role involves drawing blood, preparing specimens for testing, and contributing to patient care across multiple locations.

The position requires strong phlebotomy skills with pediatric and geriatric experience, reliable transportation, and flexibility for scheduling. The role is contract-based for 6 months with a pay rate of $24.91–$26.94 per hour, Monday–Friday, and on-site duties at various patient service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; medical training preferred where applicable.
• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and geriatric collections.

Responsibilities

• Under area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Perform venipuncture and specimen handling per procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling post-venipuncture.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Uphold company policies and professional image.
