Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist - Floater in Nashville, TN. This onsite contract role pays $22.93–$23.50 per hour and requires flexibility to cover multiple Patient Service Center locations.

The role involves drawing blood, preparing specimens for lab testing, and ensuring proper labeling and patient privacy. Ideal candidates have a minimum of three years phlebotomy experience, with pediatric and geriatric skills, a high school diploma, and valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, and WA.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and maintain confidentiality.
• Verify patient demographics and sign-off post-venipuncture to ensure correct labeling.
• Maintain records and documentation; travel to multiple locations as needed.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to scheduling needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies.
