Talentify seeks a Phlebotomist - Floater in Neptune, NJ for a 4-month contract. The role draws blood and prepares specimens for lab testing, while fostering trust with patients in a professional setting. Onsite with flexibility across locations as needed.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years phlebotomy experience, can work with pediatric and geriatric patients, and follow strict safety and documentation standards. Training may occur at multiple sites; overtime/weekends possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent — REQUIRED.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV and WA.
• Three years phlebotomy experience including pediatric and geriatric is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and specimen processing under supervision.
• Maintain a safe, professional environment and accurate records.
• Verify patient demographics post-venipuncture and label checks.
• Represent the organization professionally to patients and staff.
• Be flexible to cover multiple locations as needed.
