Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist - Floater for Fridley, MN. This onsite contract role (3 months) offers $28.00 per hour and requires flexibility to cover multiple locations.

The PSR III-type responsibilities include drawing blood and preparing specimens for lab testing, while maintaining patient safety and strong service quality. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, phlebotomy certification (preferred in some states), and at least three years of phlebotomy experience including

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent — REQUIRED
• Phlebotomy certification preferred. Required in California, Nevada, and Washington
• Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections
• Excellent phlebotomy skills in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and overtime

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing
• Maintain patient safety and accurate documentation of demographic info and labeling
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with patients and staff
• Work across multiple locations as needed and coordinate with area supervisor
