Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist Float to join our team in Nassau & Suffolk County, NY. Locations may vary among Amityville, Babylon, Bayshore, Commack, Hicksville, Huntington, Levittown, Massapequa, Plainview & Wantagh.
Work schedule: Monday – Friday, scheduled hours vary between 6:30am-4:00pm and rotating Saturdays.
$17.75 - $26.00 per hour. All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics. Float Incentive: Additional $1.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement.
Eligibility: regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week. Employees scheduled < 20 hours are eligible only to participate in the 401(k) plan. Employees on a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
