Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Patient Services Representative II to be the welcoming face for patients across our clinics. You will draw quality blood samples, prepare specimens for lab testing, and explain procedures with care to patients and families.

Under supervision, you will verify patient information, maintain accurate records, and support operations at multiple locations, including doctor’s offices or patient service centers. Flexibility for weekends, holidays, and overtime is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).

Responsibilities

• Draw blood samples from patients in a safe, accurate manner.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling post-venipuncture.
• Maintain records and provide excellent patient service in multiple locations.
• Work with minimal supervision and adapt to multiple sites.
