Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at 116 East Liberty Street Girard, Ohio. Work Schedule: Tuesday- Friday 7:30am to 11:30am Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm. Travel to additional sites when needed. Pay Range: $17.75 - $25.92 per hour.

Phlebotomist will work in either a Patient Service Center or Client office, providing exceptional service while performing skilled specimen collections and data entry. Benefits include comprehensive offerings for eligible employees.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist.

Responsibilities

Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
Provide superior customer service to all patients.
Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
Travel to additional sites when needed.
