Job summary

• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and community in a respectful manner.
• Draw blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for testing.
• Perform data entry and clerical duties related to lab orders and results.
• Identify patients accurately and match identities to correct services.
• Assist with inventory, stock supplies and answering phones as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly.
