Job summary

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• One-year phlebotomy experience preferred but not required.
• Phlebotomist certification preferred but not required.
• Customer service in retail/service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and collect specimens per established procedures.
• Label, centrifuge, split and freeze specimens as per test orders.
• Perform data entry and clerical duties; answer phones as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and support departmental operations.
