Carter BloodCare is hiring Phlebotomists to join our team at locations served across North, Central and East Texas. No prior phlebotomy experience is required, and training is provided to help you deliver high-quality donor care.

You will connect with donors, collect blood, and ensure safety and regulatory standards are met while supporting a community-focused blood program. The role offers training, growth opportunities, and a commitment to service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of general work experience OR comparable education in the medical field, such as an internship or externship.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Personally connect with donors, listen to their stories, and help them understand the impact of their donation.
• Collaborate with your teammates to create a friendly environment so our volunteer donors feel comfortable returning and encouraging their friends/family to donate.
• Be detail-oriented all day, every day. This ensures that the blood you collect meets regulatory requirements and can be safely transfused.
• Work with your team to move, set up, and take down equipment at mobile blood drives.
