Job summary

The role requires excellent customer service, a presentable appearance, and flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, with potential schedule changes on short notice. Training will be provided for acceptable candidates in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work in a regulated FDA environment and follow SOPs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Screen donor medical history and mini physical.
• Perform venipuncture on eligible donors.
• Strip, seal, and pack units for transport/storage.
• Administer post-phlebotomy care and monitor donor reactions.
• Maintain donor area stocked with materials and equipment.
• Participate in donor drives and other events.
