Job summary

The Blood Connection, Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomist to screen and collect whole blood from donors, including automated products, in line with SOPs and regulatory standards.

You will perform post-phlebotomy care, maintain run sheets and logs, and ensure accuracy in paperwork while delivering excellent donor service. Flexibility for varied hours including some weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• National Phlebotomy certification preferred or 2+ years of Phlebotomy experience.
• Valid Driver's License with dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Screen and collect whole blood from donors; provide post-phlebotomy care.
• Perform donor health history and physical assessments per SOPs.
• Operate and prime automated collection systems as needed.
• Maintain documentation: run sheets, QC sheets, device logs, and logs for transport.
