Job summary

Top Dog Recruiting seeks a Phlebotomist to perform blood draws, label and process specimens, and maintain accurate records. You will ensure specimens are collected, labeled, and stored per protocol, and you will contribute to training and workflow improvements.

Responsibilities include handling centrifugation, data entry, and communicating processes clearly to patients while complying with OSHA standards and department guidelines.

Qualifications

• Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where you will be employed as required in some states.
• Minimum of 6 months' work experience performing venipunctures in a fast paced lab or hospital setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and label specimens.
• Centrifuge specimens and maintain data records.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly to patients.
