Responsibilities

• Label, centrifuge, and store specimens; ensure 100% correct requisitions.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly to patients.
• Package specimens for transport and maintain specimen integrity.
• Comply with OSHA and DEP regulations; participate in trainings.
• Answer inquiries and review lab results as needed.
