Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Phlebotomist for a 3-month contract in Ashland, OR, with potential for permanent placement. Schedule is Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm, every other Friday off. Requires 2 years phlebotomy experience and current phlebotomy certification. Benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Valid phlebotomy certification required in the employed state.
• Minimum of 2 years phlebotomy experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital.
• High school diploma or GED; proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and labeling of specimens.
• Centrifiuging specimens and recording maintenance data.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly and courteously to patients.
• Match requisitions, label tubes, and ensure correct labeling.
• Package specimens for transport and store per protocols.
• Ensure OSHA/DEP compliance and attend trainings.
• Answer calls and review lab results as needed.
