Henderson Group in Oceanside, CA is seeking a Phlebotomist for a 3-month contract. Expect 6AM–6PM, Mon–Fri, 8-hour shifts with weekend rotation and potential for PSC location coverage. Will float to Vista and Encinitas locations; mileage reimbursed. Requires phlebotomy certification and at least 6 months venipuncture experience.

Responsibilities include blood draws, specimen labeling, centrifugation, data maintenance, and patient communication. Benefits available.

Qualificações

• Valid phlebotomy certification for the state where employed.
• Minimum of 6 months' venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Perform blood draws and labeling of specimens.
• Centrifuge specimens and record maintenance data.
• Decontaminate work areas and update patient information.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly to patients.
• Package specimens for transport and store them per procedures.
• Follow OSHA/DEP regulations and attend annual trainings.
