Qualifications

• Must hold valid phlebotomy certification in the employing state.
• Minimum 6 months venipuncture experience in fast-paced lab or hospital.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and label specimens.
• Centrifuge specimens and record maintenance data.
• Ensure proper specimen handling and transport per protocols.
• Explain venipuncture and specimen collection procedures to patients.
• Comply with OSHA and DEP regulations and attend annual trainings.
