Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a Phlebotomist in Charlotte, NC for a 3-month contract with potential to become permanent. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with benefits available. Requires a minimum of 1 year of experience and state certification.

Qualifications

• Certified Phlebotomist as required by state.
• Minimum 6 months venipuncture experience in fast-paced lab or hospital setting.
• High School Diploma or GED completed.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and label specimens.
• Centrifuge specimens and record maintenance data.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly to patients and collect specimens as required.
• Package and transport specimens; ensure proper labeling and temperature control.
