The schedule is standard weekdays with some weekend hours, and there is potential for permanent placement after the contract period. The ideal candidate has formal phlebotomy certification, at least 5 years of venipuncture experience in a busy lab or hospital, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Perform blood draws and label specimens accurately
• Centrifuge specimens and record maintenance data
• Update patient information per procedures
• Explain venipuncture process clearly to patients
• Package specimens for transport per protocol
• Maintain specimen storage and temperature control
• Attend annual department trainings
• Comply with OSHA and DEP regulations
