Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for a full shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.
• Able to lift up to 32 lbs occasionally (up to 50 lbs).
• Experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors on entry and exit on the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and program plasmapheresis machines.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on machines.
• Stock supplies and assist with disposal.
• Record donor data and vitals in the DIS system.
• Coordinate donors to the floor and compensate via Debit Card.
• Support center management with continuous improvement initiatives (5S, VSM, Kaizen).
