BioLife Plasma Services seeks an Experienced Phlebotomist to screen donors and perform venipuncture to support plasma center operations. You will greet donors, operate plasmapheresis machines, monitor during donation, and uphold quality and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk/stand for entire shift and work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• 1+ years in a customer or patient facing role helpful.
• Able to lift up to 5 lbs and occasional 32–50 lbs.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens with compliant glove use.

Aufgaben

• Greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and programming plasmapheresis machine.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on machines.
• Stock supplies and assist with disposal.
• Record donor measurements and input data into DIS.
• Coordinate donors to donor floor and compensate using Debit Card.
• Support center management with process improvements (5S, Kaizen).
