Job summary

Pride Health is seeking a Phlebotomist-I for a medical facility located in Palm Coast, FL 32137. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers a path to extension with a top-tier healthcare organization.

Schedule: Mon-Wed 6:00am-3:00pm; Sat 6:00am-12:00pm (40 hours/week). Pay range: $19.85–$21.26 per hour, based on education, experience and credentials. Requires a high school diploma and at least 6 months of phlebotomy experience, with 1+ year preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED.
• Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience REQUIRED.
• One or more years of phlebotomy experience is preferred.
• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood sampling with precision and care.
• Ensure proper identification of patients prior to blood collection.
• Label, process, and transport blood specimens in accordance with CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA standards.

Location: Palm Coast FL 32137

Schedule: Monday- Wed 6:00am-3:00pm Sat. 6:00am-12:00pm (40hours/week)

Pay Range: $19.85 - $21.26 (Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.) The rate is based on years of DIRECT EXPERIENCE as listed in the resume

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood sampling with precision and care.
• Ensure proper identification of patients prior to blood collection.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to laboratory procedures and safety protocols.
• Accurately label and document specimens for testing in accordance with medical terminology standards.
• Label, process, and transport blood specimens accurately and efficiently in compliance with CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA standards.

Required Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED
• Work Experience:
• Minimum of 6 months of experience REQUIRED.
• One (+) year of phlebotomy experience is preferred
