Job summary

Pride Health is seeking a Phlebotomist I to support a healthcare facility in Draper, UT. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. This is a local contract role with potential extension or conversion after 13+ weeks.

Responsibilities include performing venipuncture, collecting blood specimens safely, and providing courteous service to patients across age groups. Education: High School Diploma or GED; 1–2 years phlebotomy experience required. Pay: $17–$19/hour.

• Ensure specimens are properly handled, labeled, and prepared for laboratory testing.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Follow established safety, quality, and infection-control procedures.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and a professional work environment.

Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist I to support our client's healthcare facility in Draper, UT. This is a 13+ weeks contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Location: Draper, UT 84020

Job Type: Local contract

Pay Range: $17 to $19/hour*

*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and collect blood specimens safely and accurately.
• Provide professional, courteous service to patients throughout the collection process.
• Work with patients across different age groups, including geriatric patients; pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
• Register patients as they arrive and verify relevant patient information.
• Process and prepare specimens according to established procedures.
• Ensure specimens are properly handled, labeled, and prepared for laboratory testing.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Follow established safety, quality, and infection-control procedures.

Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
