Job summary

Justforex is looking for a seasoned regional marketer to drive growth in the Philippines by tailoring global strategies to local trends. You will coordinate KOL, SMM/Community, PR/Events and Content teams, set priorities and remove blockers while potentially leading the team.

You will develop quarterly plans, manage the regional budget of $50,000+ monthly, and pull insights from GA4/Tableau/Power BI to steer campaigns.

Qualifications

3+ years of marketing experience in fintech, crypto, retail trading or a comparable fast-moving industry.
Strong understanding of 360 marketing, including brand building, KOL/influencer marketing, PR, community growth, performance marketing and SMM.
Experience working in cross-functional teams: setting clear tasks, prioritising and evaluating results.
A hands-on operator, comfortable executing personally with leadership potential to grow into leading a team.
Expertise in organic and partnership-driven acquisition in the Philippines.
Proven experience managing and optimising a monthly regional marketing budget of $50,000+, with a track record of lowering CPA and maximising ROI.
Solid hands-on experience with at least one analytics tool (GA4, Tableau or Power BI) and with project tools (Jira, Asana or Confluence).
Native Tagalog and fluent business English for daily communication with cross-regional teams.

Responsibilities

Drive market growth in the Philippines by adapting the global marketing strategy to local specifics and trends.
Coordinate the work of local specialists (KOL, SMM/Community, PR/Events, Content) and lead the team.
Develop quarterly marketing plans with locally relevant strategies.
Manage the regional marketing budget across channels based on performance data.
Use analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance and guide priorities.
Serve as the key link between the local team and Global HQ and coordinate on global campaigns.
