Justmarkets is seeking a growth‑oriented Marketing Lead to drive expansion in the Philippines by tailoring global strategy to local realities. You will lead cross‑functional teams and own performance across channels.

Competenze

• 3+ years of marketing experience in fintech, crypto, retail trading or a comparable fast-moving industry.
• Strong understanding of 360 marketing, including brand building, KOL/influencer marketing, PR, community growth, performance marketing and SMM
• Experience working in cross-functional teams: setting clear tasks, prioritising and evaluating results
• A hands‑on operator, comfortable executing personally with the leadership potential to grow into leading a team
• Expertise in organic and partnership-driven acquisition in the Philippines
• Proven experience managing and optimising a monthly regional marketing budget of $50,000+, with a track record of lowering CPA and maximising ROI
• Solid hands‑on experience with at least one of the following analytics tools: Google Analytics 4, Tableau or Power BI, with the ability to interpret cohort data, traffic quality and LTV trends
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana or Confluence) to keep teams aligned and campaigns on track
• Native Tagalog and fluent business English for daily communication with cross-regional teams
